Roasters' Notes:

Ethiopian beans tend to be smaller and denser than other origin varieties, requiring an adequate amount of heat at charge to give them the impetus necessary in a short profile. The trick is giving them enough heat to penetrate without scorching and losing their delicate, subtle florals.

Coffee Origin Information:

Feku Jabril has spent the last 10 years in Uraga, contributing to his understanding of the micro regions of the area. After selling one of his previous washing stations, he invested in his well kept secret, the Harsu forest, situated in a steep valley abundant with rich, red soil where he built a new medium-sized washing station. The predominantly grown Welisho variety lends to the coffee’s distinct flavor.
